Gluten-free recipe: Fall fruit crisp from Delicious Living

Fruit crisps can be made in just four easy step, as shown below. And you can use any all-purpose gluten-free flour blend. If it needs to be dairy free too, then substitute Earth Balance’s vegan butter sticks. Choose fruit that is in season (fresh or frozen) and use cane, date, or coconut sugar for added sweetness. Add a little bourbon or wine for a boozy treat that will have them coming back for seconds – maybe thirds!
